Pauly Elementary School is dedicated to recognition of the unique value of each person; providing active learning in a safe, supportive environment: developing an understanding of contemporary issues and technology; and promoting a partnership between home, school and community.

 We have made a strong commitment to provide a positive climate for learning in which all students can reach their fullest potential in academics, attitudes, athletics and the arts.

 All the staff at Pauly Elementary School pledge to do the following:

1)       To strive to create and maintain an atmosphere that fosters a healthy emotional, intellectual, social and physical growth of each student.

2)       We will recognize the mastery of academic skills as a primary goal.

3)       We value education as a process of opening the minds of our students to critical thought and creative activity.

4)       We believe in the development of curriculum that encourages consideration for others, compassion, empathy, responsibility and self-discipline.

5)       We will emphasize that learning is not confined to four walls of a classroom and that it does not end with the school years.

6)       We acknowledge that we learn best in an environment of sharing, caring, laughing, questioning, risking, exploring and growing.
