Quality physical education is another element in Sierra's total school program.  Sierra's P.E. program teaches the skills and knowledge necessary to participate in an active lifestyle.  The overall atmosphere in physical education is one that entices students to develop life skills and attitudes that promote active, healthy living.  Such an atmosphere can be viewed in the exemplimary and comprehensive after school and noontime sports program that is offered to all students.
