Sierra Would Like To Thank The following for helping during the '99-'00 school year

Sierra Middle School would like to thank the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for their donation of $100.00 to the Sierra Athletic Fund.  This fund is set up to allow inner-city kids, who achieve high academics, participate in extra-circular activities and have good conduct around campus the opportunity to take a weekend trip to Pismo Beach, CA.   Without the help of fine groups like the Hispanic Chamber it would be very difficult to take these kids camping and swimming at Pismo Beach, Thanks again.

Sierra Middle School would like to thank Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bakersfield, CA for giving us an extra day on the rentals of two vans.  Without fine establishments like Enterprise we would not be able to take 14 kids to Pismo Beach, CA.  Once again thank you so much for your kindness, to Eric Sherman and his staff.
