February – Active Parenting of Teens Class

Walter Stiern is hosting a Parenting class. This class is one day per week for six weeks beginning Thursday, February 18th thru March 25, 2010 at 8:30 to 10:30 AM.    This class will cover basic tips on how to discipline your teen using “Active Parenting” methods.  The job of the parent is to play a leadership role in the family.  However, this is not a simple matter; effective leadership is a matter of right attitudes and skills.  Teen’s behavior is usually caused by major hormonal changes and rapid physical growth. If you are interested in learning what type of parenting style you are; plan to attend this class and learn effective methods of discipline to help your teen grow into an effective young adult.
